Hardwired Interconnected Smoke & CO Detector A8612B-6AR

i received my detectors and one had a broken base plate. it has been almost a week and i still have no resolution. i am very disappointed in the communication from the customer service team and working to find a solution. all i needis a replacement baseplate so
i can finish my install

This purchase was made to replace one of five that I had bought about five months ago and one was already malfunctioning. I actually had to have the fire department out to my house because the alarm was going off more than once. They went thru my home and said there was no CO showing in their detector and that the device was malfunctioning. I’m very disappointed that it lasted only five months and hope that the other four do not malfunction soon.

So far so good, purchased because of the mesh screen for bugs (great feature) and problems we were having with our previous smoke alarms. Was a little difficult to line up with the mounting plate but otherwise installation was easy. I wish the LED light was more discreet (it's kind of bright at night).

Works great just as expected
