These Terms of Service govern access to and use of store.siterwellhome.com and purchases completed through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. Related Policies

These Terms incorporate, as applicable, our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Limited Warranty Policy, and Promotional Terms. Product-specific, protection-plan, commercial, or promotion-specific terms may supplement these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction to place an order. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining account credentials securely, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the Site, users, or SITERWELL.

4. Product Information

We endeavor to accurately present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, certifications, compatibility information, and availability. Display settings may affect appearance; specifications, packaging, and availability may change; and typographical or technical errors may occasionally occur. A product’s applicable official documentation and certification information control where appropriate.

5. Safety Products

Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, combination alarms, thermostats, and other safety-related products must be installed, tested, used, maintained, and replaced according to their applicable instructions. Website information does not replace product manuals, applicable building or fire codes, professional installation requirements, or emergency guidance from relevant authorities.

Never disregard an alarm, emergency warning, fault indication, or end-of-life indication based solely on website content.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. SITERWELL may reasonably accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of inventory, payment authorization, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, shipping restrictions, quantity restrictions, unauthorized resale concerns, or other legitimate legal or operational reasons.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be shown where appropriate. Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers.

8. Promotional Offers

Discounts, coupons, sale prices, giveaways, and other promotions are subject to our Promotional Terms and any additional terms displayed for the applicable offer.

9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Ordinary returns are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Covered manufacturing defects outside the ordinary return period are governed by the Limited Warranty Policy. Shipping matters are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, product images, graphics, logos, video, software, page design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to SITERWELL and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit Site content. Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines is not prohibited.

11. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it, that it is not knowingly false or misleading, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it does not contain unlawful or malicious material.

Where legally permitted, you grant SITERWELL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for business, support, product-improvement, and marketing purposes.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload Site systems, introduce malware, circumvent purchase or security controls, commit payment or return fraud, impersonate another person, unlawfully harvest personal information, or use automated means in a manner that materially interferes with Site operation.

Security vulnerabilities should be reported under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

The Site may integrate services provided by payment processors, advertising platforms, analytics providers, social platforms, review providers, protection-plan providers, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to their independent services.

14. Site Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in this section limits or replaces the separate written Limited Warranty Policy applicable to eligible products.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SITERWELL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for losses reasonably arising from their unlawful misuse of the Site or material violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The updated version will identify its effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already established under an earlier purchase unless applicable law permits such a change.

18. Severability

If a provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the maximum extent legally permitted.
