Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms apply to promotional offers made through store.siterwellhome.com unless a specific promotion clearly states different terms.

1. Promotion-Specific Terms

Individual promotions may include their own eligibility requirements, participating products, discount amount, coupon requirements, minimum purchase, maximum quantity, promotional period, return conditions, or other offer-specific terms. Where applicable, the terms displayed with the promotion control for that offer.

2. Availability

Promotional offers are subject to product availability and may end when allocated inventory is exhausted.

3. Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply only during the advertised promotional period, are not retroactive, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers or promotional codes.

4. Refund Amount

Where an eligible promotional purchase is refunded, the refund is based on the actual amount paid after applicable discounts rather than the regular, MSRP, or reference price.

5. Returns

Promotional purchases remain subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy unless different return terms are clearly disclosed for the applicable offer before purchase.

6. Warranty

A standard promotional discount or temporary sale price does not automatically change the applicable SITERWELL manufacturer warranty. Where a specific product or offer carries different warranty terms, those terms will be identified in the applicable product or offer information.

7. Pricing or Technical Errors

SITERWELL may correct or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, promotional-code, inventory, or technical error. If payment has already been collected for merchandise that cannot be fulfilled because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. Promotion Abuse

SITERWELL may decline promotional benefits or cancel transactions reasonably determined to involve fraud, unauthorized resale, coupon manipulation, duplicate-account abuse, false payment information, or other misuse of the promotion.

9. Changes to Promotions

To the extent permitted by law, SITERWELL may modify or end a promotion prospectively. Changes do not remove rights already established in completed purchases under the terms shown at the time of purchase.
