Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms apply to promotional offers made through store.siterwellhome.com unless a promotion expressly provides different terms.
1. Promotion-Specific Terms
Each promotional campaign may contain additional terms governing participating products, discount amount, coupon requirements, minimum purchase, maximum quantity, promotional period, warranty eligibility, return eligibility, offer combinations, and other material conditions. Promotion-specific terms control where they conflict with these general Promotional Terms.
2. Availability
All offers are subject to product availability. Promotions may end when allocated inventory is exhausted.
3. Discounts
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts apply only during the stated promotional period, do not apply retroactively to earlier purchases, have no cash value, may not be combined with other codes or offers, and apply only to qualifying merchandise. Taxes, shipping, protection plans, and other charges may be excluded from the discount calculation where disclosed.
4. Refund Amount
Where an eligible promotional purchase is refunded, the refund is based on the actual price paid, not the product’s regular, MSRP, reference, or non-promotional price.
5. Returns
Promotional purchases remain subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy unless the applicable offer clearly states a different return condition before purchase.
6. Warranty-Excluded Promotions
A standard Sale Price or ordinary discount does not automatically cancel SITERWELL manufacturer warranty coverage.
However, SITERWELL may create specific promotions designated before purchase as a Warranty-Excluded Promotion. Products sold under such an expressly disclosed promotion do not participate in SITERWELL’s voluntary Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
This exclusion must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. See our Limited Warranty Policy.
7. Final Sale and Clearance
Certain offers may be designated Final Sale, Clearance, As-Is, Open-Box, Sample, Demonstration Unit, or another restricted-return or restricted-warranty category. Any material restriction applicable to the offer will be disclosed before purchase to the extent required by law.
8. Pricing Errors
SITERWELL may cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, system, promotional-code, inventory, or technical error. If payment has already been collected for merchandise that SITERWELL cannot fulfill because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.
9. Promotion Abuse
SITERWELL may reject or cancel transactions reasonably determined to involve automated purchasing abuse, coupon manipulation, duplicate-account abuse, unauthorized resale, false identity or payment information, artificial transaction splitting, or other fraudulent attempts to obtain promotional benefits.
10. Modification
To the extent permitted by law, SITERWELL may modify or end a promotional campaign prospectively. Changes do not eliminate rights already established in completed purchases under the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
